If you are a new seller, you will receive your own HEFA installation, accessible through the web, and will be able to upload your items via a simple form. Then, you will just have to check for sales, and respond to messages on the same platform!

If you are already selling on select platforms - Depop, eBay, Etsy - you can apply for Frictionless enrolment. This way, your items will be automatically migrated from your platform into HEFA. From there, they will be uploaded to all other platforms.

If you are selling physically, with limited stock (vintage sellers), you will have to keep HEFA updated on the items you've sold, so that items on other platforms get marked as sold.
